About:

Agile Project Management
Agile project management allows flexibility during project management, which is the advantage of this method. Agile project management includes a number of management approaches, the most popular of which are Kanban, Scrum, and Lean.
With Kanban, a project's workflow is broken down into manageable chunks. Kanban team workers are assigned tasks team members focus solely on their work.
Scrum is a project management system that uses all team resources to complete tasks properly. Work on projects is divided into several time cycles - sprints. For each sprint, the team receives specific tasks, and after the sprint, it is necessary to analyze the results and make quick adjustments.
Thanks to the Lean management system, it is possible to increase the optimization and efficiency of business processes. One of the main features of Lean is the wide range of tools and the ability to adapt them to different areas.
